Integrated aesthetic surgery platform TRUE ARTIS, founded in 2025, has raised Rs 11.4 crore in a seed funding round led by Zeropearl VC. The round also attracted Eleven, a diversified business group linked to Medanta co-founder Sunil Sachdeva, and a network of angel investors from healthcare and technology sectors. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its Delhi NCR presence and strengthen its surgical and patient-care infrastructure.

Funding Details and Investor Backing

Beyond Zeropearl VC, the seed round included participation from Arjun Vaidya, Dhruv Joshi, Ambarish Gupta, and Vivek Lohcheb, Chief Business Officer of PhonePe. Former senior executives from Airtel and OYO also joined the round, adding operational experience to the investor group. The mix of healthcare operators and technology leaders reflects investor confidence in TRUE ARTIS as a specialised platform rather than a conventional clinic network.

Strategic Expansion Plans

TRUE ARTIS will deploy the new funds to open two additional purpose-built centres in Delhi NCR over the next six to eight months. The capital will also be used to strengthen surgical and recovery capabilities and to expand the company's network of plastic and aesthetic surgeons. Further investment is planned for technology and patient-care systems that support the full treatment journey.

Bridging a Market Gap

The Indian aesthetic healthcare market has long been divided between large multispecialty hospitals and standalone clinics with limited surgical infrastructure. TRUE ARTIS was created to fill this gap by pairing hospital-grade safety and dedicated recovery facilities with a more personalised, privacy-focused patient experience. The model also brings together full-time and visiting specialists, allowing patients to consult multiple experts through a single integrated platform.

Integrated Surgical and Patient Care Model

Co-founded in 2025 by Ankit Joshi and Sandeep Upadhyay, TRUE ARTIS offers facial aesthetics, breast procedures, body contouring, hair restoration and non-surgical treatments. Its centres feature operating theatres, advanced surgical and medical equipment, dedicated recovery areas, ICU backup and private patient suites. An in-house technology platform manages the patient journey from initial enquiry and consultation through surgery and post-operative recovery.

Early Traction and Performance

The company currently operates two centres in Delhi and Gurgaon and works with around 20 plastic surgeons across Delhi NCR. It reports serving more than 10,000 clients and completing over 400 surgeries in the past nine months. TRUE ARTIS also states a 98 percent client satisfaction rate, with its first centre reaching EBITDA break-even and monthly revenue growing at a double-digit rate.

Investor and Founder Perspective

Zeropearl VC partner Bipin Shah said the Indian aesthetic healthcare market is at an inflection point, with consumers now prioritising outcomes, safety, transparency and experience over basic access. Founders Ankit Joshi and Sandeep Upadhyay described the investment as an important milestone whose significance goes beyond capital. The company is also seeing demand from international patients and may eventually explore the medical tourism market for aesthetic surgery in India.

With operational centres in Delhi and Gurgaon and two more planned, TRUE ARTIS is moving to consolidate its presence in a rapidly changing healthcare segment. The new funding will support infrastructure, surgical talent, and patient experience while the company evaluates expansion beyond Delhi NCR. This seed round positions the young startup to build a more standardised and safety-focused alternative in Indian aesthetic surgery.
