Nuuk is raising about ₹1 billion (US$10.5 million) in a round led by Wipro Consumer Care Ventures and RPSG Capital Ventures. The proposed fundraise values the home appliances brand at about ₹5 billion (US$53 million). Nuuk sells design-focused home and kitchen appliances through online and offline channels.
Funding so far
The proposed round would be larger than Nuuk's $6.6 million Series A. That round closed in August 2025 after a $2 million extension from Vertex Ventures SEA and Good Capital. Sources said the final round size and valuation could still change.
Company background
Nuuk was founded in 2023 by Gazal Kalra and Shalabh Gupta. Kalra co-founded logistics unicorn Rivigo, and Gupta previously served as chief growth officer at Noise. Operating revenue rose to ₹160 million in FY25 from ₹3.18 million in FY24.
Product and sales channels
The brand's portfolio includes cordless vacuums, fans, heaters, garment care products, air fryers, juicers, and mixer grinders. It sells through its own website, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and an offline store in Delhi NCR. Nuuk designs appliances in-house and works with third-party manufacturers.
Nuuk manufactured about 20% of its products in India in March 2025. It aims to increase that share to over 50% by the end of FY26. Its earlier Series A capital was earmarked for portfolio expansion, product innovation, and domestic supply chain growth.
