Thai enterprise artificial intelligence group Amity has secured an investment from Finnoventure Private Equity Trust I, managed by Krungsri Finnovate. The capital serves as an extension to Amity's Series D round of more than US$100 million. The company builds and operates vertical AI platforms for business clients.

Investor backing

EDBI led the initial Series D round alongside co-leads Asia Partners and SMDV. Other participants in the financing included new and existing backers such as CMLIM Capital. Krungsri Finnovate joined the extension to pursue strategic commercial collaboration with the firm.

Global reach and scale

Amity currently supports over 10 million monthly active users across 20,000 organizations worldwide. Its client network spans retail, hospitality, fashion, and food and beverage brands across Asia Pacific and Europe. The business also serves tens of thousands of small and medium enterprises.

Core software platforms

The group focuses on products for retail operations, customer communications, and corporate automation. Its tools include conversational voice systems, consumer data analytics, call recording, and Thai-language voicebots. These vertical models are developed through the Amity AI Research and Application Center.

Amity and Krungsri are now beginning a data partnership through analytics subsidiary EGG Digital. Both teams plan to create personalized lifestyle and business tools using joint data systems. Amity will also use the funds to pursue long-term growth and prepare for a potential initial public offering.
