Roleo has raised €2.9 million for its free AI career agent aimed at tech professionals. The round was led by Practica Capital with Inventure. It brings the company's total funding to €3.46 million.
Who backed the round
Angel investors include Markus Villig, Kristina Lilleõis, Sergei Anikin, and Henrik Bohman. They are known for roles at Bolt, Hedosophia, Pipedrive, and Wise. Practica Capital partner Donatas Keras cited the founders' operational experience and clear plans.
Founders and early use
Roleo was founded by Janer and Vahur after they experienced hiring from the employer side. Janer co-founded Veriff, and Vahur was an early engineer at Wise and later co-founded Membo. Roleo reports that users have explored 30,000 matched career opportunities since the start of 2026.
How the service works
Users tell Roleo the role, salary, team, and city they want next. Each week the platform scans hundreds of thousands of open tech roles and surfaces relevant options. Users stay anonymous until they agree to an introduction, and companies pay when they hire.
Roleo is now available to tech talent across Europe. The company plans to improve how the agent understands each person's career goals. It also plans to support users beyond job search and introductions.
