Dispatch Network raised ₹50 million in a Pre-Seed funding round led by Antler India. Angel investors Krishi Fagwani, Yashin Mahadevia, and Parth Modwadhia also participated. The Pune-based startup runs a last-mile delivery network that uses AI to improve rider productivity and earnings.

Use of funds

The company will use the fresh capital to expand its AI team. That team is building a proprietary model called the Large Logistics Spatio-Temporal Model, or LLSTM. The model supports order allocation and rider positioning decisions.

Operating so far

Dispatch went live in Pune in June 2026. It has completed more than 100,000 deliveries since then. Monthly volumes climbed from 3,014 in June to 55,000 in October.

Reported rider impact

The company says its model has cut empty kilometers by two-thirds. Riders earn about 55% more per month than the industry average, according to Dispatch. Rider retention is also 80% higher than the industry average, the company reports.

Dispatch plans to launch in Mumbai in November 2026. The startup aims to reach 50,000 orders per day across five cities. It currently handles around 3,500 deliveries per day.
