Nooks, which makes AI agents for sales teams, secured $500 million in growth capital from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund. The funding is non-dilutive. The company also launched Node, an AI personal assistant for sales.

Funding terms

The Customer Value Fund provides non-dilutive capital to companies with proven, predictable unit economics. Nooks qualified on 3x year-over-year growth and 135% net revenue retention. The company achieved those results while using its own revenue agent platform.

Company reach

Nooks serves more than 2,000 companies, including Glean, Notion, Deel, Replit, and Factory. More than half of its customers use more than one Nooks product. The company was founded in 2020 by AI researchers from Stanford, Cerebras, Scale AI, and Tesla Autopilot.

Node capabilities

Node is an always-on personal assistant that works deals in the background. It learns a sales process, flags risks and opportunities, and acts on them. Early users report up to 80% higher sales productivity and about two hours saved per day.

Nooks plans to use the funding to launch new products and expand enterprise and international sales. The company is hiring across engineering, research, product, design, and go-to-market, with over 100 open roles. Node will become generally available in early 2027.
