Latvian proptech startup Unitoq has raised €155,000 in a Pre-Seed round. The funding came from a syndicate of business angels, including members of the Latvian Business Angel Network. Unitoq is building a platform that lets people invest in residential real estate from €100.
Use of funds
The capital will support the startup's licensing process. It will also help cover platform development and early operations. The company plans to add its first investment properties with the new funding.
Founding and waitlist
Unitoq was founded in 2026 by Eduards Raudonis and Nikita Manija. More than 1,000 people have joined the platform's waitlist. The startup operates from Riga, Latvia.
How the platform works
Users can select individual residential properties that have already been vetted. Experienced operators handle tenant management and maintenance. Investors can earn rental income and benefit from property value appreciation.
Unitoq has applied for a license from the Bank of Latvia under the EU's European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulation. Approval would allow the company to offer services across the European Union. The platform is expected to launch in early 2027, subject to regulatory approval.
