Journify, an ad signal infrastructure company, raised US$12 million in Series A funding. Al Mada Ventures led the round. Returning investor Silicon Badia co-led it.
Investor lineup
Shorooq and Bunat Ventures increased their investment. Du Ventures and Oraseya Capital joined as new investors. The round valued Journify at four times its previous valuation.
Customer traction
More than 100 businesses use Journify today. Jarir Bookstore increased its return on ad spend on Meta by 182%. Baytonia cut its cost per purchase on TikTok by 44%.
How the platform works
Journify connects data across web, mobile, offline sales, CRM, and data warehouses. It validates conversion events and sends consented signals to ad platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Amazon Ads. This helps ad systems see real purchases and sign-ups.
The funding will support expansion into the US and Europe. Journify also plans to expand the AI behind its platform. Ryan Burke has joined the board to help scale in the US.
