Clínica SiM has formed FLUA, a new holding company that also includes SuperClínica. The group announced an investment plan of more than R$100 million over the next three years. It operates 23 clinics in Ceará, Pernambuco, Bahia, and Maranhão.
Investment plans
The plan backs acquisitions, organic growth, portfolio expansion, and technology. FLUA projects revenue of R$200 million in 2026, up from R$125 million in 2025. The company targets R$500 million in revenue within three years.
Operating scale
FLUA has served more than 2 million unique patients and averages 75,000 visits per month. About 300,000 people use its subscription program, with monthly prices from R$29.90 to R$79.90. Paulo Chapchap, former head of Sírio-Libanês, will join the board alongside founder Denis Cruz and investor representatives.
Services and technology
The group is expanding services such as imaging centers and small orthopedic and ophthalmological procedures. It is also testing a program called Vida Leve for consultations and exams tied to weight-loss treatment. Digital tools include patient journey features, telemedicine for smaller cities, and AI support for clinicians.
FLUA has mapped more than 50 acquisition targets in the Northeast and is also in talks with clinics outside the region. Two new units are planned for 2027 in Recife and São Luís. The group has started building an acquisition pipeline across other regions of Brazil.
