AutoStore, a Norwegian provider of cube-based automation and software, has agreed to acquire Logiqs BV for up to EUR 30 million. Logiqs supplies roaming pallet automated storage and retrieval systems. AutoStore announced the agreement on November 5, 2026.

What Logiqs brings

Logiqs is based in the Netherlands. Its warehouse technology is deployed at about 30 customer sites across multiple geographies and end markets. The company's 60 employees add complementary automation, software, and product capabilities.

AutoStore's footprint

AutoStore was founded in Norway. It serves more than 1,350 customers across 68 countries. It has about 2,050 systems worldwide.

How the technology works

Logiqs develops roaming robots that store and retrieve palletized goods. The systems are designed to improve storage density, throughput, and operational efficiency. AutoStore plans to develop the technology further before an expanded commercial release.

The purchase will be funded from existing cash reserves. AutoStore does not expect a material impact on its financial results. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
