Lithuanian regtech startup AMLYZE has signed an agreement with Mano Bank to provide its anti-money laundering platform. The startup serves about 30 financial institutions across two continents. Mano Bank will use the software to centralize customer risk assessment and transaction monitoring.

Platform scope

The platform covers customer risk assessment, transaction monitoring, customer and payment screening, and compliance investigations. It consolidates compliance information in a single environment. Mano Bank will use it to automate routine tasks and focus specialists on higher-risk cases.

Mano Bank's growth

Mano Bank received Lithuania's first specialized bank license in 2018 and began operations in January 2019. It provides business loans, payments, currency exchange, deposits, leasing, and e-commerce services. In 2025 total assets grew 61.6% to EUR 711 million, and net profit rose almost 35% to EUR 5.9 million.

AMLYZE's compliance tools

AMLYZE develops software-as-a-service tools for transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, and sanctions and politically exposed person screening. Its products were designed by former regulators and AML experts. The company works with banks, electronic money institutions, fintechs, and payment providers.

Mano Bank plans to bring several risk management functions into one environment as it grows abroad. The bank expects the platform to reduce manual work while keeping compliance standards high. AMLYZE adds the bank to its customer base as the company expands in banking and financial services.
