AgendaPro, a Chilean scheduling software provider, is entering fintech with loans for unbanked small and medium enterprises. The product, AgendaPro Propay, is in pilot and offers credit from 1.5 million to 4 million pesos. A formal launch is planned for 2027.
Risk data
AgendaPro bases lending decisions on booking data from its merchant network. It can see whether a new shop is drawing real customers from elsewhere in the network. That visibility helps it serve borrowers that banks treat as risky.
Company scale
The company was founded 12 years ago by Julio Guzmán, Matías Ulloa, Sebastián Hevia, and Nicolás Rossi. It serves about 25,000 merchants across 17 countries. It has raised US$43 million in total, including a US$35 million Series B led by Riverwood in August 2025.
What merchants get
Credits can be repaid as a percentage of sales, with terms up to 24 installments. If a merchant has no sales, AgendaPro does not collect. It also aims to have at least 60% of merchants use its payment terminal as a condition for credit access.
AgendaPro is seeking a partner to buy the loans it originates. Under the proposed model, it would keep 30% of returns and the partner would receive 70%. It also plans interest-free installments for high-cost treatments and a checking account with card via a bank partnership by 2028.
