Global growth transformation company Winclap has announced its acquisition of Brkaway, a leading North American creator management platform. This strategic move is set to redefine the intersection of content, data, and artificial intelligence within the burgeoning creator economy. The integration aims to scale social-first entertainment and provide global brands with more effective and streamlined growth solutions.

Addressing a Growing Industry Challenge

Creator marketing has rapidly evolved from a peripheral tactic into a central engine for business growth and brand relevance. However, this shift has exposed significant operational hurdles that prevent effective scaling for brands, agencies, and creators alike. The industry has been grappling with fragmented tools, manual coordination, and mounting complexity in managing large-scale collaborations.

Brkaway was founded in 2021 to directly address this structural problem by providing a unified infrastructure for creator partnerships. Its platform streamlines the entire collaboration lifecycle, from discovery and onboarding to campaign execution and performance tracking. This approach has successfully attracted over 15,000 creators, who have delivered more than 228,000 assets and earned over $5.6 million.

A Strategic Union Built on a Shared Vision

The acquisition represents the culmination of a long-standing partnership, as Winclap and Brkaway have collaborated for over three years. Both companies share a foundational vision rooted in a creator-first approach, operational excellence, and technology-driven scalability. This transaction formalizes their alignment, ensuring Brkaway’s platform and community receive greater investment and sustained support for future growth.

Mariano Sáenz, CEO of Winclap, noted that Brkaway effectively solved the scaling challenges his team had long admired. Echoing this sentiment, Brkaway co-founder Bailey Rose King expressed pride in the platform's impact on the creator community. She conveyed excitement that Brkaway's mission will continue and expand under Winclap's leadership, calling them the ideal team to advance the vision.

Scaling Creator Orchestration for Global Brands

Integrating Brkaway's technology will significantly enhance Winclap's capabilities, particularly within its creative unit, Winclap Studio. The company now has the infrastructure to manage creator programs with five times the number of participants, a crucial advantage for modern campaigns. This enhanced scale is projected to help the division target over $14 million in revenue this year.

According to Leandro Santos, VP of Winclap Studio, the focus of creator marketing has shifted from individual endorsements to orchestrating diverse creator networks. This strategy allows brands to deliver highly relevant content to fragmented audiences across various digital communities. Brkaway’s platform provides the essential framework to manage this complex coordination efficiently and at a global scale.

Ultimately, this acquisition positions Winclap to lead the next wave of growth transformation for its high-profile clients like Amazon and L'Oréal. By merging Brkaway's streamlined creator management with its own expertise in data, media, and AI, the company is poised to deliver unprecedented value. The move signals a clear ambition to redefine how brands harness the power of the creator economy for measurable business impact.
