Ozlo raised US$22 million in Series B funding led by Modi Ventures. The Boston-based company makes Ozlo Sleepbuds, small earbuds designed for all-night sleep. Existing investors and a group of athletes also participated.

Funding details

The total includes previously issued convertible instruments. Participants include LifeArc, Artis Ventures, Resmed, Scrum Ventures, and Wheelhouse 360. NFL Super Bowl champion Nick Foles and Olympic snowboarder Danny Davis also joined the round.

Company traction

Ozlo has surpassed 260,000 customers in under two years. The company was founded by former Bose engineers. In July 2026, it released Sleepbuds 2 with up to 14 hours of battery life and improved connectivity.

Expansion plans

Ozlo plans to scale its Sleepbuds business globally. It is increasing investment in hardware, software, engineering, and research and development. The company is also advancing regulatory work for a tinnitus product review by the FDA.

Ozlo is partnering with Dreem Health, a nationwide virtual sleep clinic, to connect users with sleep specialists. It also plans to raise awareness among consumers and the clinical community. The company will build new partnerships as it prepares for commercialization.
