Veriv, a financial verification network, raised a new investment from Rockmont Partners. The company operates in more than 70 countries. Brian Fox and Christopher Schellhorn also joined its board.

Funding and board additions

Rockmont Partners joins existing investors Renvent Holdings and Sunriver Capital Partners. The investment follows a series of senior leadership appointments. Fox will serve as board chair.

Company footprint

Veriv connects organizations that need financial verifications with institutions that hold the underlying data. It serves mortgage and lending, commercial audit, and government eligibility use cases. The company is headquartered in Chicago and has offices in Nashville and London.

How the network works

The network uses patent-pending adaptive delivery technology to reach institutions through their existing response channels. API connectivity adds real-time system-to-system exchange. Clients can connect AI agents through the Model Context Protocol to request verification from the source.

Veriv plans to scale its network across industries and international markets. The expanded board and leadership team will guide that expansion. The new investment supports the company's next phase.
