Globis Graduate School of Management has signed a partnership agreement with Kanagawa Prefecture. The agreement aims to support the creation and growth of venture companies in the prefecture. It will combine the school’s business education network with the prefecture’s startup support programs.

Joint events planned

The partners will hold networking and exchange events together. Target participants include local venture companies, aspiring entrepreneurs, and new business teams at larger companies. Current students and alumni of Globis are also included.

School presence in Kanagawa

Globis has operated a Yokohama campus since October 2017. The school signed a partnership with Yokohama City in 2020. The new agreement extends its local collaboration across Kanagawa Prefecture.

Seminar details

A free seminar on critical thinking for business development will be held on December 1, 2026. It takes place at the Yokohama campus from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Capacity is limited to 30 participants.

Kanagawa Prefecture runs a support model called HATSU-SHIN KANAGAWA. The model offers assistance matched to the startup and growth stages of ventures. The partners plan to use their combined networks to promote knowledge sharing and regional innovation.
