Munich-based Marble Cognition has raised US$3.75 million in a Pre-Seed round co-led by Heartcore and Seedcamp. The startup builds AI coworkers that learn how teams work before automating their tasks. The financing was announced on November 2, 2026.
Investors backing the round
A Datadog board member and a Personio founder joined the financing as angel investors. Executives from McKinsey, Mistral AI, and Lovable also participated. Seedcamp previously backed UiPath and Synthesia, while Heartcore was an early investor in Tink.
Founders and early customers
Marble was founded in late 2025 by Felix Rösner and Christophe Schmit. Its customers include EGYM, Mutares, and Enam. At a US financial services company, Marble says its software cut handling time per case by 90% and helped the team handle 50% more cases in the first month without additional hires.
How the AI coworkers work
Marble's desktop app records screen activity, clicks, and keystrokes in workplace applications. The company says it excludes private activity and anonymizes collected data before analysis. Its AI coworkers use the resulting process maps to complete tasks, with human review where needed.
Marble plans to use the funding to expand the computing capacity supporting its AI systems as it develops its automation technology. The startup will also grow its engineering team in Munich to support further product development. It plans to launch in the US, where it has already worked with customers, including a private equity-owned financial services company.
