POLI UP, a political technology company based in Fukuoka, Japan, launched its namesake AI all-in-one SaaS for politicians and their offices on November 1, 2026. According to the company, more than 20 politicians had used the platform ahead of the official launch. The service combines supporter management, information distribution, AI-assisted writing and social media strategy, and AI video editing for election campaigns and everyday political work.

Early election use

According to the company, the platform was used during election campaigns to manage supporter information and support daily communications. POLI UP says feedback from politicians and political office staff helped shape the official release.

Company and founder

Tatsuya Higuchi, 23, serves as the company's representative director and CEO. He founded a web marketing company at age 17. POLI UP was established on September 2, 2026, and is headquartered in Fukuoka, with a sales office in Tokyo.

A low-cost digital secretary

POLI UP is positioned as a low-cost digital secretary for political offices. It brings several daily tasks into one system. The design targets users with limited budget or limited IT experience.

The company plans to add AI features and expand adoption among local assembly members across Japan. It also operates Giin Portal (議員ポータル), a media platform covering lawmakers and assemblies nationwide, and Giin no Sugao (議員の素顔), a radio program featuring politicians. POLI UP aims to connect politicians and voters through its software and media offerings.
