Numour, a Delhi NCR-based direct-to-consumer skincare brand, is in talks to raise nearly US$3.1 million, or about ₹30 crore, sources told Inc42. Sharrp Ventures would lead the proposed funding round. The company blends skincare formulations with beauty devices and is currently backed by Indian Silicon Valley Capital.
Investor background
Sharrp Ventures is the investment office of the Harsh Mariwala family. Its portfolio spans beauty and personal care, consumer technology, health and wellness, food and beverages, and lifestyle. In July, it led a ₹100 crore funding round for Naturis Cosmetics.
Company context
Numour was founded in 2025 by Vaishali Jain and operates through Nuvanza Venture. The brand sells through its own website and ecommerce platforms Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, and Blinkit. It also has an offline presence through Broadway stores.
Product lineup
Numour sells sunscreens, dual-phase serums, and collagen-based skincare products. It also offers LED-equipped jars, sonic massagers, and facial devices. The company says its formulations combine clinically validated ingredients with delivery systems that carry active ingredients beyond the skin's surface barrier.
Questions sent to Numour and Sharrp Ventures did not elicit a response by the time of publication. Numour positions itself at the intersection of skincare and consumer technology. Its product development focuses on active ingredients, skin barrier care, and delivery technology.
