A new player has entered the digital media landscape with the launch of FlyMedia, an AI-native entertainment startup. The company has secured $3.7 million in a funding round led by OneVC to develop AI-driven digital influencers and characters designed as scalable intellectual property. Led by digital media entrepreneur Victor Trindade, FlyMedia is building digital IPs meant to be global, multilingual, and multiplatform from day one.

A New Vision for Digital Entertainment

FlyMedia is developing AI-native digital characters designed for immediate international distribution and cultural adaptation. Its strategy centers on creating intellectual properties that can move across languages, regions, and platforms from launch, supported by automation rather than traditional production constraints. This model reflects a broader shift in the creator economy toward scalable digital brands that are not dependent on individual human creators.

Securing Strategic Funding

FlyMedia’s vision is backed by a $3.7 million funding round led by OneVC. The round includes participation from Big Bets, Alter Global, A16z Scout Fund, Norte, Hypersphere, Verve, and FJ Labs, alongside Fersen Lambranho, chairman of GP Investments, who invested as an individual.

Visionary Leadership and Proven Expertise

FlyMedia is led by Victor Trindade, known for co-founding the Neagle and FOCO channels and for helping found NG.CASH. Across these ventures, his projects have collectively reached 23 million followers and generated more than five billion views, experience that underpins FlyMedia’s thesis of building AI-operated IP with global reach. He is joined by co-founder Mario Augusto, CEO of NG.CASH, with the early team also including Antonio Nakad (CMO) and Petrus Arruda (COO).

Building Scalable AI-Powered Franchises

FlyMedia plans to deploy the new capital to launch its first AI influencers and build original narrative universes designed to scale internationally. The company aims to develop franchises that can expand into licensed products, virtual experiences, social channels, games, events, and other IP-driven businesses, following established entertainment models but with AI embedded from inception.

Targeting the Next Generation of Consumers

The startup is positioning itself around next-generation consumption habits defined by mobile-first, fragmented, and multiplatform engagement. FlyMedia’s characters are designed to evolve continuously through audience data and feedback loops, aligning with projections that the global creator economy could reach $480 billion by 2027.

With strong financial backing and a leadership team rooted in youth-focused digital brands, FlyMedia is positioning itself as a future player in AI-native entertainment. Its core bet is that AI-powered characters and story worlds can become the next generation of globally scalable media franchises.
