Dimension has raised $1.65 million in seed funding to expand Seller OS, an agentic artificial intelligence platform designed to manage social commerce operations for brands and agencies. The product is positioned as an alternative to TikTok Shop’s native Seller Center, bringing storefront administration, creator programs, advertising, and customer support into one operating environment. The company plans to use the capital to move Seller OS from private beta to broader commercial availability.

A Profitable Path to Funding

The round attracted Science Inc., UpscaleX, OpenSky, Long Run Capital, 1864 Fund, Lawrence Hsu, and creator-investor Austin Sprinz. Dimension said it operated profitably throughout 2024 and 2025, financing the initial development of Seller OS from its own margins before seeking outside capital. Founder and CEO Ali Mirzaei described the investors as strategic partners selected for their expertise, relationships, and potential contribution to the company’s expansion.

From Operator Experience to Software

Dimension developed its technology after directly managing TikTok Shop operations for more than 40 brands and agencies, including Final Boss Sour, Bones Coffee, and Leilo. Its work covered storefront management, affiliate programs, paid advertising, customer acquisition, and other recurring responsibilities often handled across disconnected tools. Those workflows became the foundation for Seller OS, which uses AI agents to automate tasks and centralize oversight for brands, agencies, and commerce operators.

Early Product Traction

Mirzaei was an early seller on TikTok Shop after its United States launch in 2023 and, according to Dimension, built the platform’s top-ranked shop within six months. Since Seller OS entered private beta in spring 2026, the company said weekly active usage has more than tripled as agencies began moving client shops onto the system. Dimension also reported 92 percent retention among recent signup cohorts through their third week and more than $3.2 million in monthly gross merchandise value across participating shops.

Investor Support and Strategic Backing

Michael Jones, co-founder and CEO of Science Inc., said Dimension had become a valuable operating partner for companies in the venture firm’s portfolio before the investment. He highlighted the team’s ability to scale brands on TikTok Shop and its practical understanding of the emerging social commerce ecosystem. UpscaleX co-founder and partner Alan Zong similarly argued that brands and agencies still lack mature infrastructure, creating room for foundational software providers.

Demonstrated Commercial Impact

Dimension said it has helped four brands reach the leading position in their respective TikTok Shop categories. One example is Final Boss Sour, which the company said expanded more than twentyfold on the platform with Dimension’s support. Across its customer base, Dimension estimates that its work has contributed to more than $100 million in gross merchandise value, client fundraising, and expansion into thousands of retail locations.

Broader Retail Effects and Expansion Plans

The company estimates that each dollar generated through TikTok Shop can produce an additional two to three dollars across Amazon and direct-to-consumer channels for its brands. Dimension also claims Seller OS can reduce the operational workload of agencies and commerce teams by as much as 90 percent, although both figures are company estimates rather than independently verified results. The funding will support engineering recruitment, faster product development, expanded go-to-market activity, and the planned general release of Seller OS.

Dimension’s seed round reflects a strategy of converting hands-on commerce experience into specialized software rather than developing a platform without an established operating base. Its profitability, reported transaction volume, and early beta engagement provide a credible commercial foundation, while future performance will depend on retaining customers and proving that its automation produces consistent results at scale. By expanding Seller OS, Dimension is seeking to become a core infrastructure provider for brands and agencies navigating the evolving social commerce market.
