He worked across Consumer and Operations practices and helped scale AI capabilities at BCG X, including SNOW AI.
Astira plans to adapt its applied AI resources to each portfolio business. Management teams will use the support to build stronger service models and durable growth. The firm aims to reshape service delivery and customer value over time.
