Destácame launched EnnIA, a platform that combines AI agents with human executives for debt collection. The Chilean fintech presented the tool with AWS and Experian. The company reported a 29% increase in debt recovery during early tests.
Early results
EnnIA delivered productivity 3.8 times higher than traditional management. About 40% of payment commitments scheduled by AI agents turned into actual payments. The company measured these results on real portfolios and control groups.
Operating scale
In its first six months, five financial institutions used EnnIA. The platform now manages around $100 billion in debt each month. It also handles more than 20,000 clients weekly.
How EnnIA works
EnnIA identifies each customer's situation and proposes payment options. It routes cases that need special negotiation to a human executive. The company calls it an orchestrator rather than a single agent.
The platform runs on AWS infrastructure with isolated environments for each institution. It holds ISO 27001 certification and keeps audit logs of interactions. Destácame says these safeguards support secure AI use in collections.
