Paris-based Bleu Robotics has raised €5 million in Pre-Seed funding. Contrarian Ventures and OVNI Capital co-led the round. The startup builds software that helps humanoid robots learn industrial tasks.

Funding and investors

Other participants include Kvanted, WEPA Ventures, Motier Ventures, and Charlie Songhurst. Bleu Robotics will use the capital to grow its research and robotics teams. It also plans to deploy its first industrial robot-learning models.

Company founders

Bleu Robotics was founded in 2025 by Benoît Berkoukchi, Jean-Baptiste Mouret, and Serena Ivaldi. Berkoukchi previously managed large assembly line teams at Renault. Mouret and Ivaldi are research directors at INRIA with 15 years of experience in AI and robotics.

How the software works

The software can learn a new industrial task from as few as ten operator demonstrations. It uses an abductive learning model to infer the task goal and constraints behind a demonstration. Bleu Robotics aims to reduce full deployment time to under one hour.

Bleu Robotics is already working with two major industrial companies. It plans initial deployments with automotive and consumer goods manufacturers. The company is also building partnerships with robot distributors.
