TrashLab raised a US$12 million growth round led by Ventana. The company builds an AI-native operating system for waste haulers. Existing investors Bienville Capital, Harlem Capital, and CreativeCo also participated.

Funding use and board

The funding will accelerate product development, agentic workflows, and go-to-market hiring. Ventana co-founder Vinay Kumar joins the board. Ershad Jamil, former growth chief at ServiceTitan and BuildOps, joins as an independent director.

Company traction

TrashLab serves hundreds of haulers across more than 40 US states and Canada. Customers have managed over 5 million tons of material on the platform since launch. Annual contract value has grown more than 7 times since 2024.

Platform and AI agent

The platform replaces spreadsheets, paper routes, and legacy systems with tools for CRM, dispatch, routing, billing, and payments. It also includes driver cameras, back-office reporting, and an order-taking AI agent called Haul-E. Nearly 80% of TrashLab customers now use Haul-E.

The company plans to build fully agentic workflows across customer service, dispatch, collections, and revenue intelligence through 2027. It will expand engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams in the coming months. Open roles are posted on its website.
