Capital Factory announced partnerships with ARK Invest and Tim Draper. They joined All Access 2027 as investors and strategic partners. Capital Factory supports deep tech founders through a portfolio of more than 1,000 early-stage companies.
What the partnership includes
ARK adds research in robotics, biotechnology, and energy. Draper formalizes his existing work with Capital Factory. The partners will share deal flow and diligence so companies surface earlier.
Florida presence
ARK moved its headquarters to St. Petersburg, Florida in 2021. spARK Labs runs the 45,000 square foot ARK Innovation Center there. Capital Factory will place a venture team member at the center to scout Florida technologies.
What founders get
Since 2017, All Access has supported about 100 startups each year. Companies from Seed through Series B can join the program. Founders receive introductions to investors, enterprise customers, and government agencies.
