10 Cents Capital has completed a US$20 million financing. The Malaysian investment holding company will use the funds to add three business lines of its own. Deployment will begin in Brazil.
Capital allocation
The new lines are AI business applications, global multilingual marketing, and cross-border B2B trade. Part of the capital will fund technology and service development for customer research and localization. Another portion will support research, information management, and inquiry handling.
Company focus
10 Cents Capital has backed companies since 2022. Its focus spans digital technology, e-commerce, consumer services, and enterprise services. The new business lines extend that experience into operations the firm builds and runs itself.
Brazil entry
Brazil is the first market in the phased plan. Local operations will be handled by the company's Brazil operating brand, VIVAMOMENTO. Further markets will follow as the new business develops.
