The World Out of Home Organization (WOO) has issued a final call for submissions for its 10th annual Global Awards, with the nomination window closing on March 31, 2026. This milestone year celebrates a decade of recognizing creative pioneers and visionaries who are advancing the Out of Home (OOH) industry. The awards ceremony will be a central feature of the WOO Annual Congress in London, scheduled from June 3–5, 2026, with the winners announced on June 4.

Nomination and Judging Process
• Eligibility: Nominations are open exclusively to WOO Members and National OOH Associations.
• Submission Limit: Each member or business unit may submit one nomination per category.
• How to Nominate: Submissions must be made online via the official nomination forms.
• Selection Process: All recipients are chosen by an Independent Awards Committee, chaired by WOO President Tom Goddard and composed of past presidents, board members, and global industry experts. The Creative Awards judging is convened by Dino Burbidge and chaired by Mathew Dearden.

• Prestige Awards: These awards honor individuals who have significantly influenced the direction and culture of the OOH industry.
- Lifetime Achievement Award: WOO's highest honor, recognizing a career that has made a lasting impact on the OOH industry's reputation, effectiveness, or global reach.
- Leadership Award: Recognizes current leaders shaping the industry through innovation, transformation, and strategic vision, with a focus on pioneering new technologies, approaches, or business models.
• Innovation & Impact Awards: These awards celebrate initiatives that are defining the future of modern OOH.
- Technical Innovation Award: Open to media owners and technology providers, this award celebrates advancements in areas like screen technology, data platforms, and automation that solve challenges or create new opportunities.
- Sustainability Award: Recognizes initiatives with a clear and measurable impact on reducing the environmental footprint of OOH, including projects involving sustainable materials, renewable energy, or ESG programs.
• Creative Awards: Celebrating outstanding creativity in OOH, eligible work must have been publicly active from March 31, 2025, onwards.
- Creative Award – Classic: Honors the power of a single, striking image in traditional formats like posters and billboards, judged on the strength of its core idea.
- Creative Award – Digital: Recognizes campaigns that leverage the dynamic capabilities of DOOH, such as data feeds, contextual messaging, and 3D creative, to drive deeper engagement.
- Creative Award – Special Build: For campaigns that extend beyond traditional frames, including 3D builds, murals, and experiential installations that transform public spaces.
• Future Talent Award: This category is dedicated to recognizing the next generation of industry leaders.
- Rising Star Award: Acknowledges individuals aged 35 or under (as of March 31, 2025) who demonstrate exceptional promise and have made a significant contribution to their organization or the wider industry.
As the final submission deadline approaches, members and national associations of the OOH community are encouraged to put forward their most innovative and impactful work from the past year for consideration.
