Tot.Circle is a free mentorship and entrepreneurial training program designed for founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders building the future of Italian companies. The initiative combines leadership training, investor access, networking opportunities, and online masterclasses covering topics such as AI and strategy. Now in its second edition, the program, organized by Tot with community partner I3P, focuses on providing concrete content and fostering valuable relationships to support the growth of entrepreneurs and their businesses within the Italian ecosystem.
Program Roadmap and Key Dates
• Application Period: The call for program applications is open from December 18, 2025, to March 29, 2026.
• Presentation Events: A roadshow of networking events will take place in February and March 2026 to meet local communities in Milan, Rome, Turin, and Catania.
• In-Person Program: Two in-person days will be held in Milan on April 16 and 17, 2026, featuring workshops and an evening networking event.
• Online Masterclasses: From April 20 to 30, 2026, a series of online masterclasses will be conducted.

Program Components
• Hacking Leadership In-Person Days: Held on April 16-17, 2026, in Milan, this component is dedicated to leadership, people, and decision-making. The agenda includes an introduction by Tot Co-Founder and CEO Doris Messina, a motivational session with coach Giada Bono, sessions on HR & Leadership, a practical session on data perception with Davide Dessì, and an Investor Session with an 'Ask Me Anything' segment. The course also covers financial management, marketing, and growth.
• Online Masterclasses: Five vertical online masterclasses will be held from April 20-30, 2026. Topics will range from AI and networking to personal branding, strategic marketing, and practical e-commerce management.
• Networking Events: A series of events will be held across Italy to connect founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Confirmed locations include Rome on February 11 with Zest, Milan on February 16 with Zest, Catania on February 18 with Isola Catania and The Wave, and Turin on March 11 with Feat. Ventures.
Application and Participation Details
• Cost: Participation in the Tot.Circle Program 2026 is free upon application.
• Selection: Spots are limited, and selection will take place through an open call. Applicants must complete a form with information about themselves and their company, explaining their motivation to participate.
