Care Forward HealthTech Startup Program

For European health startups needing clinical access, AI support, and regulatory guidance.

Organizer: Doctolib
Deadline: May 15, 2026 (in a month)
Category: Accelerator
Region: Europe

A new program based in STATION F is designed to support young companies in developing, testing, and deploying their healthcare solutions as closely as possible to care delivery needs. The initiative brings together technological expertise, access to clinical environments, and medical and regulatory support, giving startups direct access to clinical settings, regulatory guidance, and AI assistance to accelerate real-world deployment across Europe’s healthcare systems.

Program Eligibility and Focus

• Target Audience: The program is open to European startups, including both early- and late-stage companies.
• Technology Scope: It welcomes technologies dedicated to the healthcare sector, such as digital solutions, AI, connected devices, or services.
• Impact Area: Projects should demonstrate a rapid, measurable, and concrete impact on the healthcare system. This can include focusing on a specific step of the care pathway—identification, diagnosis, treatment, or follow-up—or innovations that improve the overall efficiency of the healthcare system.

Core Support and Resources

• Doctolib Support: Participants will receive assistance with technology integration, the application of AI in healthcare, understanding practitioners’ expectations, and developing deployment strategies on a European scale.
• @Hôtel-Dieu (AP-HP) Access: Startups gain privileged access to AP-HP innovation platforms and hospital environments. This allows for direct engagement with clinical realities, alignment of solutions with real-world needs, and access to expertise from professionals across the 38 hospitals of Europe’s largest university hospital system.
• Roche Guidance: Roche provides strategic support to navigate the sector’s complexity, helping entrepreneurs master regulatory constraints, demonstrate the health economic value of their projects, and access a global network of scientific experts.

Additional Program Benefits

• Networking Opportunities: The program includes regular meetings with specialised investors and key industry stakeholders.
• Ecosystem Engagement: Participants receive exclusive invitations to events across Europe’s health ecosystem.

This collaborative initiative aims to bridge the gap between innovation and adoption by providing startups with the necessary tools and expertise. The shared ambition is to accelerate the emergence of practical solutions that optimize care pathways, simplify the daily work of care teams, and ultimately strengthen the efficiency of the healthcare system for the lasting benefit of patients.
