Zipline raised $1.5 billion at a $21.5 billion post-money valuation. The drone delivery company announced the round on November 5, 2026. Paradigm, WCM Investment Management, and Layer Global led the round.

Funding and partners

The funding will support U.S. manufacturing expansion and hiring. Walmart and Zipline agreed to launch 300 additional sites under a multi-year national deal. Uber is targeting 1 million deliveries a day with Zipline by 2029.

Company scale

Zipline has flown 150 million commercial autonomous miles without a safety incident. The company completed more than 1 million deliveries in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex this year. Its long-range medical deliveries help save more than 14,000 lives each year across multiple continents.

Customer results

Customers choose the service for speed, convenience, and quiet flights. In October, the median order arrived 19 minutes after checkout, compared with 30 or more minutes for traditional delivery. A group of long-tenured restaurants saw Zipline's share of delivery revenue grow from 10.8% to 34.9% between March and October.

Zipline recently rolled out sound-optimized dynamic flying to make flights quieter, faster, and more energy efficient. It also introduced a next-generation aircraft that can fly higher and quieter while carrying heavier orders over longer distances. In Côte d'Ivoire, the company is building a nationwide network expected to serve more than 2,200 health facilities and 12 million people.
