Indian snack brand Troovy has raised ₹100 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures. Sharrp Ventures and other investors also participated in the round. The Gurugram-based company makes packaged foods for children and families.

Previous funding

Troovy previously raised US$5 million in a Series A round in January 2026. Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures led that round, with participation from Spring Marketing Capital and Veltis Capital. In May 2025, Fireside Ventures led its ₹20 crore Pre-Series A round.

Founders and product range

Aditya Mukherjee and Mansi Baranwal founded Troovy in 2023. Its product lineup includes snacks, sauces, spreads, and millet pasta designed for children and families. The company develops its products using feedback from parents and insights into children's food preferences.

Focus on ingredients

Troovy offers vacuum-cooked potato chips that it says contain 10% to 12% oil. The company compares this with 35% to 40% oil content in conventional potato chips. Its product range also includes ketchup and seasonings for children made without synthetic additives or preservatives.

Troovy plans to use the new funding to expand its research, development, and manufacturing capacity. The company also aims to increase distribution through quick-commerce platforms and offline retail channels. It will further develop its Build Together model, which incorporates consumer feedback into product development.
