Rently secured a US$12 million growth credit facility from January Capital. The Singapore-based platform lets tenants choose how and when they pay rent. It operates in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the UAE.

Funding so far

The facility scales with transaction volumes. It will support rent flexibility services in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the UAE. Rently previously raised US$3 million in Pre-Series A funding.

Operating figures

Rently is running at over US$50 million in annualized rental volume. Year-to-date volume is nearly three times the same period in 2025. More than 2,400 tenants now pay rent through the platform.

Tenant options

Tenants in Hong Kong can earn Max Miles rewards on rent paid by credit card or FPS. They can also delay rent payments to match their cash flow. Another option lowers move-in costs by spreading the deposit across the lease.

Rently plans to open new markets in 2027. It is also preparing for its Series A. It is building partnerships with co-living operators in Hong Kong.
