Lette's Pre-Seed backers were Lugus and Baseline. The company has opened a London office. It has grown its team sixfold in a year.
Scale and customers
Lette began building with residential operators in Ireland. It now supports more than 30,000 homes across the UK and Ireland. Customers include JLL and large financial institutions.
What Lette does
Lette's AI agents handle leasing, resident questions, maintenance, and missed rent alerts. Residents can use email, WhatsApp, SMS, voice, or the Lette app. The platform works alongside existing systems such as Yardi and MRI.
The new capital will support hiring across product, engineering, and customer operations. Lette will deepen its work with UK operators. It also plans to enter new European markets in 2027.
