Bulgarian enterprise infrastructure firm Tiger Technology has successfully closed a $10 million (€8.8 million) Series A funding round to accelerate its global growth. The investment, led by 3TS Capital Partners, will fuel the company's international expansion and the continued development of its hybrid cloud data management solutions. This capital injection aims to strengthen its presence in key markets and enhance its platform for mission-critical enterprise operations.

Addressing the Hybrid Data Challenge

Enterprises today face a significant challenge with vast amounts of data stored on-premises, much of which is unstructured and unused. This "dark data" presents a major obstacle for AI initiatives that require accessible, high-quality information for analysis. Tiger Technology addresses this gap by enabling organizations to manage data across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments seamlessly.

The company's flagship platform, Tiger Bridge, functions as a transparent control layer over existing storage infrastructure. It allows users and applications to access data consistently without disrupting established workflows or requiring costly migrations. This approach helps businesses modernize their data infrastructure while preserving current investments and operational continuity.

Fueling Global Expansion and Innovation

The new funding is earmarked for an ambitious global growth strategy, with a focus on deepening the company's footprint in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. This expansion will be supported by growing the company's sales and partner ecosystem to serve an increasing base of enterprise clients. CEO Iravan Hira stated the investment validates the international business the team has built and provides resources for acceleration.

Beyond geographic expansion, the capital will also drive further innovation within Tiger Technology's product portfolio. The company plans to amplify its partnerships with leading cloud platforms to bring its AI-ready data infrastructure to more organizations. As founder Alexander Lefterov noted, the goal is to provide a seamless and invisible bridge between on-premises and cloud environments.

Strategic Alliances and Market Position

Tiger Technology's strategy includes deepening its relationships with major hyperscale cloud providers, a move already yielding positive results. Amazon Web Services (AWS) recently recognized the company as a Rising Star Partner of 2025 for its work in large-scale file infrastructure migrations. These partnerships are crucial for accelerating cloud adoption for enterprise customers with complex data needs.

The company operates in a rapidly expanding market, with the global hybrid storage sector projected to reach $29.3 billion by 2030. This growth is driven by the explosion of unstructured data and the widespread enterprise adoption of AI. Tiger Technology's solutions are well-positioned to meet the increasing demands for data security, sovereignty, and accessibility.

Investor Confidence in AI-Ready Infrastructure

Investors were drawn to Tiger Technology's unique position at the intersection of hybrid cloud infrastructure and enterprise AI. Sever Totia, a partner at lead investor 3TS Capital Partners, highlighted the company's technical breakthroughs and clear market opportunity. The platform's ability to modernize data infrastructure for mission-critical deployments was a key factor in the investment decision.

The round also saw participation from TDJ, Endeavor Catalyst, and Impetus, among other new and existing investors. Momchil Vassilev of Endeavor Bulgaria praised the company as a prime example of Bulgarian deep tech with global ambitions. This broad investor support underscores the confidence in Tiger Technology's vision and its capacity to scale internationally.

This Series A funding marks a pivotal moment for Tiger Technology, equipping it with the necessary resources to scale its operations and enhance its innovative platform. As enterprises increasingly turn to AI, the need for robust, flexible, and secure hybrid data management solutions will only intensify. The investment positions the company to become a key enabler for organizations navigating the complexities of modern data infrastructure.
