Simplismart has raised a $14 million Series B round led by Dallas Venture Capital. NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC, and Micromax also participated. The company sells a cloud-agnostic platform that helps enterprises deploy and run generative AI models on their own infrastructure.

Funding and momentum

Dallas Venture Capital invested $5 million in the new round. The company previously raised a $7 million Series A led by Accel in October 2024. Simplismart reports its annualized revenue run rate grew 14x over the past six months.

Company roots

Simplismart was founded in 2022 by Amritanshu Jain and Devansh Ghatak. The founders met as roommates at BITS Pilani. Enterprise customers include HeyGen, Tata 1mg, Mindtickle, InVideo, and Dashtoon.

What the platform does

Simplismart's software optimizes model-serving, infrastructure, and model-to-GPU interactions. Application companies use it to run production workloads. Cloud providers use it to turn GPU capacity into managed AI services under their own brands.

The company plans to use the funding to deepen its inference engine and orchestration platform. It will also expand cloud partnerships, with North America as a global priority. Simplismart is building toward a dynamic scheduling layer that matches demand with GPU capacity across regions.
