Synctera raised US$24.5 million in new funding. The company provides embedded finance and banking-as-a-service technology. Investors in the round included Multiplier Capital, Fin Capital, 1st & Main Growth Partners, Diagram, and NAventures.

Funding purpose

The round lifts Synctera's total funding to US$126.7 million. It will strengthen the company's balance sheet. The capital is intended to provide runway to reach break-even.

Bank network

Synctera launched in 2020 as a banking and payments platform. It now works with eight active sponsor banks, including new partner Main Street Bank. Two more banks are in final implementation and plan to go live in the fourth quarter.

Compliance products

Synctera acquired compliance testing provider Cable in April 2026. Cable continuously tests controls for banks, fintechs, and service providers. Synctera is also registered as a FinCEN-regulated money services business.

Synctera Labs was introduced in October as a launch platform for fintechs. Its first programs are set to go live in February 2027. The company signed 20 new clients in 2026.
