Rocker, a context-aware AI work assistant for the busiest people, has raised $12.85 million in funding. Greycroft led the round. Anthropic and Menlo Ventures' Anthology Fund also participated.

Funding participants

Stripe and Matchstick also joined the financing. Individual backers included operators Jeanne DeWitt Grosser, Fran Ryan, and David Singleton. The company announced the funding alongside its public launch.

Company background

Rocker was founded in 2025 by Alex Vogenthaler and Peter Terrill. Vogenthaler previously led product work at Google and Stripe. Terrill led engineering for Stripe's anchor product.

What Rocker does

Rocker keeps a living model of projects, decisions, people, and history. Workers can use it as an individual assistant or across an entire company. Company-wide deployments connect each assistant to a shared AI system.

Rocker can run inside a customer's own cloud. The company says this setup keeps IP in-house rather than sending company data to a single vendor. It is available for individual or company-wide use.
