Bengaluru-based fashion accessories startup Qiroko has raised ₹1.5 crore in a Pre-Seed round. ISV Capital led the investment, with participation from angel investors. It sells accessories for everyday use.

Use of funds

Qiroko will use the fresh capital for new product development. It also plans to expand distribution across its D2C website, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms. The startup will strengthen its team.

Company background

Qiroko was founded in 2025 by Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik. It operated as a bootstrapped company before this round. The startup claims an annualized revenue run rate of ₹6 crore within its first year.

Sales channels

The brand sells through its own website and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. It is also available on the quick commerce platform Blinkit. Qiroko focuses on wearable designs and affordable pricing.

Qiroko plans to expand its product range across jewelry, watches, and bags. It also aims to build in-house brand and content capabilities. These additions will follow the startup's first external funding round.
