Prismus raised €163,000 (CHF 150,000) from Venture Kick. The deeptech startup will use the funding to advance Lupa, its AI-powered platform. Lupa helps companies identify industrial opportunities tied to scientific research.
How Lupa works
Lupa combines information from research, patents, and market activity. Its AI agents analyze connected sources to identify and rank relevant markets, companies, researchers, and partners. The platform focuses on technological fit and gives users traceable insights backed by verifiable sources.
Early traction
Prismus has already signed its first 30 paying customers. These companies use the platform to search for emerging markets, potential partners, and commercial opportunities. The tool surfaces leads that conventional market research may overlook.
Company leadership
Prismus is led by CEO Elisabeth Blyumin, CTO Timen van Gelderen, and Chief AI Officer Gonçalo Hora de Carvalho. Chief Revenue Officer Peter Kempin oversees business development. The team combines expertise in AI, technology, and business development.
The new capital will help Prismus scale in deep tech markets. The company also plans to onboard individual users. The team completed Venture Kick's Kickers Camps during the funding process.
