Ace Blend, a science-led nutrition company, raised $9.91 million in a Series A2 round led by 3one4 Capital. Existing investor Fireside Ventures also doubled down on its investment. The company makes supplements for heart health, immunity, sleep, recovery, and brain health.
Use of funds
The capital will support clinical trials, supply chain improvements, research and development, and new nutrition formats. The company also plans shelf-stability studies at launch and six months later. Fireside Ventures led its earlier $3.3 million pre-Series A round.
Company context
Ace Blend made its first sales in 2018. Founder Shivam Hingorani leads the company, and Saif Mehkri joined as co-founder in 2022. The company reports 300% growth in FY26 and a repeat purchase rate above 46%.
Products and distribution
The brand sells around 14 products across several health categories. An in-house clinical team develops the formulations, and more than 400 doctors recommend them. Customers can buy through its website, Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit.
The first products using its patented nutrition formats are expected in the fourth quarter of FY27. The company is targeting annual recurring revenue between ₹250 crore and ₹300 crore over the next 12 to 18 months. Founder Shivam Hingorani said profitability is in sight.
