Beijing-based Noetix Robotics has secured nearly $140 million in its Series B financing round, signaling strong investor confidence in the consumer robotics sector. The round, led by CD Capital, an investment platform linked to battery giant CATL, will accelerate the company's mission to bring humanoid robots into homes. This significant investment positions Noetix to scale production and expand its market presence both domestically and internationally.


A New Benchmark in Embodied Intelligence Funding

The financing was led by CD Capital and saw participation from CAS Investment, Jingguosheng Fund, and Unity Ventures. This marks the ninth funding round for Noetix, underscoring sustained belief in its technical capabilities and the trillion-yuan potential of the consumer market. The investment solidifies the company's financial foundation as it prepares for its next phase of growth and commercialization.

Accelerating Commercialization and Global Expansion

Proceeds from this round are earmarked for deepening the company's penetration into home consumer scenarios and accelerating industrialization. Noetix aims to transition its humanoid robots from technical validation to a complete commercial closed loop. This strategy builds upon the company's recent success in achieving initial mass production and securing thousands of pre-orders for its products.

The company is also setting its sights on global expansion, targeting five core markets including North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Noetix plans to complete its first batch of 1,000 overseas deliveries by the second quarter of 2026. To support this ambition, it is developing a flexible production and supply chain system to manage manufacturing and localized services.

Noetix distinguishes itself with a dual-drive technology roadmap focusing on both bipedal and biomimetic humanoid systems. The company recently gained significant public attention when its robots, "Xiao Bumi" and "Xiao Wantong N2," performed on the CCTV Spring Festival Gala. The flawless coordination between the robots and a human artist provided a compelling spectacle that blended technology with the arts. This high-profile appearance successfully demonstrated the robots' advanced motion control and adaptability in a complex, real-world scenario.

This public visibility is backed by tangible commercial progress, as the "Xiao Bumi" robot surpassed 200 pre-sale units within hours of its launch. By the end of 2025, combined orders had reached several thousand, confirming market demand for its consumer-focused robots. These figures indicate that Noetix has successfully navigated the path to mass production and is beginning initial customer deliveries.
