Singapore-based Level3AI has successfully secured $13 million in a seed funding round to enhance its AI-driven customer engagement solutions. The investment, led by venture capital firm Lightspeed, will fuel research and development while accelerating the company's expansion across the Asia-Pacific market. This strategic funding marks a significant milestone for the company as it aims to redefine enterprise customer service with guaranteed performance outcomes.

Founded in July 2024 by Harry Yu and Zachary Wang, Level3AI develops sophisticated AI agents designed to manage end-to-end customer interactions across voice, email, and chat channels. The company addresses the shortcomings of previous chatbot generations by delivering a higher standard of service quality for enterprises. Its core mission is to elevate the customer experience at a significant scale through recent advancements in artificial intelligence.

A key differentiator for Level3AI is its unique business model centered on guaranteed performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction scores and conversion rates. Prior to this funding, Level3AI operated as a profitably bootstrapped company for 18 months, demonstrating a sustainable and effective business model. During this period, it has already powered over 10 million customer interactions for more than one million end-users. The startup serves a growing roster of leading regional brands, including GetGo, Carousell, Yuu Rewards, and Carsome.

The system adeptly handles nuances like gender-appropriate address forms in Malaysia and seamless multilingual code-switching common in markets like Hong Kong.
