Inspiren, a leader in AI-powered solutions for senior living, has raised $70 million in Series C funding at a valuation exceeding $500 million. The round brings the company's total funding to $225 million and was led by NewView Capital with participation from Insight Partners, Primary Venture Partners, Scale Venture Partners, Vintage Investment Partners, Lightbank, Avenir Growth Capital, Story Ventures and Camber Creek. The investment will support technology that helps care teams act before resident needs become emergencies.

Funding and Market Position

This Series C round makes Inspiren the most heavily capitalized and highest valued technology company built specifically for senior living operators, communities and residents. The funding will be used to scale go-to-market efforts, continue advancing its hardware ecosystem, and deepen its AI platform. The company intends to expand what its models can detect, predict and act on across every setting in a community.

Addressing an Urgent Need in Senior Living

The 85-and-older population is the fastest-growing age group in North America, and residents moving into senior living are more clinically complex than ever before. Much of what happens in a resident's room occurs without staff present. Inspiren acts as a force multiplier for care teams, surfacing information that would otherwise go unseen so staff can act on emergencies and subtle changes that precede them.

Clinical and Operational Results

Aegis Living reported that residents who opted into Inspiren stayed 34 percent longer, with a 22 percent lower fall rate and a 24 percent lower rate of injury. Clearwater Living saw falls resulting in injury decline 63 percent and post-fall emergency room visits decline 73 percent during the first three months. A ten-month study at Solera Senior Living's Lumina Las Vegas showed a 48 percent reduction in falls, 54 percent fewer hospitalizations, and 50 percent faster staff response times.

Leadership Commentary

Michael Wang, Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of Inspiren, said, "A decade from now, no one will accept that a resident's needs could go unknown behind a closed door." Nick Bunick, Partner at NewView Capital, added that residents experience fewer falls and hospitalizations while operators see longer stays and care teams can focus their time where it matters most. He also noted that few technologies can improve both clinical outcomes and community economics at the same time.

Product Momentum and Industry Recognition

Last month, Inspiren launched Two-Way Voice and Alert Claiming across its eCall solution to give care teams a more complete picture of a resident's situation before they arrive. These features allow care teams to know in the first seconds after a resident calls for help what is happening, what the resident needs, and who is responding. They are rolling out in phases across Inspiren-enabled communities, with additional intelligence capabilities to follow.

Growing Adoption Across Senior Housing

Inspiren now powers care at communities across more than 80 percent of the largest senior housing investors, including AEW and Sabra Healthcare REIT. Operators using the platform include Arrow Senior Living, Ascent Living Communities, Heritage Communities, Thrive Senior Living, and Wellpointe. The company was named to Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies of 2026 and included on Inc.'s 2026 Best Workplaces List.

This Series C investment positions Inspiren to expand its impact across senior living at a time when demand for proactive resident care is growing. The company plans to broaden its AI capabilities, scale adoption, and continue improving outcomes for residents, care teams, and operators. With strong clinical results and broad industry backing, Inspiren is building a foundation for a more responsive and data-driven senior living environment.
