Live2.ai has raised ₹130 crore, about US$14 million, in a Pre-Series B round led by IvyCap Ventures. The Bengaluru-based startup operates an AI platform for social intelligence and commerce activation. The round includes primary capital and a secondary component that gives early shareholders partial liquidity.

Use of funds

The primary capital will support development of its agentic intelligence layer. Live2.ai also plans to expand go-to-market operations and hire engineers and data scientists. It will strengthen regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Company background

Live2.ai was formerly known as Woovly and rebranded in 2024. It was co-founded by J Venkat, Neha Suyal, and Yash Arora. The startup says it works with more than 200 brands across the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

How the platform works

The platform monitors conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, and review sites. It helps brands plan posts, track performance, and audit influencer and user-generated content. Brands can turn rights-cleared content into shoppable experiences across websites, stores, CRM systems, and marketplaces.

The company counts Henkel's Schwarzkopf, Salonory, Titan Brands, and Shiseido among its customers. Live2.ai reported fourfold revenue growth in the past 12 months. About 90% of its revenue comes from outside India.
