Hackuity, a leading AI-powered vulnerability operations platform, has announced a $19 million funding round led by Forgepoint Capital International, with participation from existing investors Bright Pixel, Bpifrance and Seventure Partners. The investment raises the company's total funding to $38 million and will accelerate product innovation, strengthen artificial intelligence capabilities, and support international expansion across Europe and Asia. The announcement arrives as security teams face an unprecedented increase in software vulnerabilities driven by artificial intelligence and faster attacker exploitation.

The Challenge of an AI-Driven Vulnerability Surge

Cybersecurity is confronting a rapid rise in discovered weaknesses, with one AI-powered research system identifying more than 10,000 high or critical severity flaws in under two months and roughly 99 percent still unpatched. Traditional vulnerability management methods were not designed for this volume, leaving security teams overwhelmed by fragmented data and disconnected workflows. The number of known Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures now stands at 350,000, a 20 percent year-over-year increase.

Prioritizing Risk with a Vulnerability Operations Platform

Hackuity's platform is designed to transform millions of fragmented security findings into prioritized and coordinated remediation actions for enterprise teams. It aggregates data from more than 130 security tools, enriches every finding with business and threat context, and orchestrates remediation across security, information technology and engineering functions. A proprietary risk scoring engine continuously evaluates severity, exploitability, threat intelligence, asset criticality and business impact to determine what should be fixed first.

Measurable Impact for Enterprise Customers

Organizations using the platform have reported a reduction in critical vulnerability noise to 0.01 percent, a threefold improvement in mean time to remediate, and automation of up to 70 percent of exposure management activities. These improvements can generate savings ranging from hundreds of thousands of dollars to one million dollars. Global enterprises such as ENGIE and BPCE, along with managed security service providers like Orange Cyberdefense, rely on Hackuity to modernize their vulnerability operations.

Investor Support and Strategic Direction

Forgepoint Capital International Managing Director and Partner Damien Henault said organizations can no longer rely on traditional vulnerability management to keep pace with modern threats. He described Hackuity as the kind of category-defining company that the firm seeks to support, combining deep cybersecurity expertise with a bold product vision. Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Patrick Ragaru added that vulnerability volume has outpaced human response capacity, making an agentic platform for automated prioritization and remediation essential.

A Growing Global Footprint

As of 2026, Hackuity supports more than 6,000 users, protects over two million assets, and manages one billion security findings through its platform. The company is headquartered in Lyon, France, with operations across Europe, Singapore and the Middle East, and works with a growing ecosystem of integrators, resellers and managed service providers. Its technology helps organizations in critical industries operationalize cyber exposure management and reduce risk at scale across large and complex environments.

The new funding positions Hackuity to help enterprises respond more effectively to the accelerating complexity of AI-driven cybersecurity threats. By shifting focus from simple detection to intelligent prioritization and coordinated remediation, the company is addressing a critical gap in modern security operations. With $38 million in total backing and a growing base of enterprise and managed service customers, Hackuity is aiming to define the next stage of operational cyber defense.
