Fluencify has raised an oversubscribed $4.3 million pre-seed round to expand its AI-powered platform for automating creator marketing campaigns. The financing was led by byFounders, with participation from Wave Ventures, as the company looks to turn influencer and creator partnerships into a scalable, continuously operating customer acquisition channel. Fluencify is positioning its platform as an alternative to labor-intensive agency workflows that traditionally require teams to manually manage creator discovery, outreach, campaign coordination, approvals, scheduling, and payments.

Automating Creator Marketing Operations

Fluencify has developed what it describes as an agent-native marketing system, using multiple AI agents to automate specific tasks across the creator marketing workflow. The technology handles creator matching, outreach, replies, campaign briefing, content coordination, post scheduling, paid amplification, and creator payouts, reducing the amount of manual campaign management required from brands. Rather than operating primarily as a software dashboard, the company delivers campaign outcomes while its underlying technology manages much of the operational process.

Addressing a Growing Distribution Challenge

The company is targeting a market where creator-led marketing is becoming increasingly important as brands compete for attention across social platforms and other digital discovery channels. According to Fluencify's investors, advances in software development and artificial intelligence have made launching products easier, increasing competition and shifting more of the challenge toward distribution and customer acquisition. Creator-generated content can provide brands with a way to reach consumers through individuals and communities they already follow, but coordinating large numbers of creators remains operationally demanding.

Scaling Campaigns Through AI Agents

Fluencify says its platform can significantly increase the number of creator relationships handled by each operator while shortening campaign launch times. Campaigns that could previously require several weeks through a traditional agency model can reportedly be launched in less than a day, while individual Fluencify operators can oversee close to 1,000 creators rather than the roughly 20 typically managed by an agency employee. The company currently works with more than 13,000 active creators and processes payouts across more than 85 countries.

Building Data and Creator Relationships

Fluencify's business model is designed to capture information across the entire campaign lifecycle, including creator responses, content approvals, campaign performance, and conversion outcomes. The company believes this data can improve the performance of its AI agents while creating a proprietary knowledge base around which creators perform effectively for particular products, audiences, and markets. Its recurring ambassador model also encourages longer-term relationships between brands and creators rather than relying exclusively on isolated sponsored campaigns.

Founders Bring Creator and Agency Experience

Fluencify was founded by Erik Romdhane, Sam, and Isaac Norin, whose backgrounds span influencer marketing, content creation, and software development. Romdhane previously operated an influencer agency that ran campaigns for more than 100 brands, while Sam has built a social media audience exceeding one million followers and generated hundreds of millions of views on Instagram. Norin previously worked with Sam on an AI voice-note application and later built the first version of Fluencify's platform within approximately three months.

Early Growth and Expansion Plans

The startup says it surpassed $2 million in annual recurring revenue within six months of launching and retained 96% of the brands that began using the service. Following its initial managed-service model, Fluencify plans to expand toward self-service capabilities and later offer white-label infrastructure that brands and agencies can use to operate creator marketing programs independently. The new capital is expected to support this development while helping the company deepen its creator network, campaign data, and automation capabilities.

Fluencify's $4.3 million pre-seed round reflects growing investor interest in applying AI agents to operationally intensive marketing functions. By automating campaign coordination while maintaining ongoing creator relationships, the company aims to make creator marketing easier to operate at volumes that previously required large internal teams or agencies. Its next phase will test whether its combination of automation, performance data, and creator infrastructure can develop into a broader platform for brands seeking more scalable distribution channels.
