The oversubscribed round includes new investors Rethink Impact, Muse Capital, and Alumni Ventures, as well as lead investor Catalio Capital Management. Existing backers LabCorp Venture Fund, General Catalyst, Left Lane Capital, BBG Ventures, Amboy Street Ventures, Ingeborg, Foreground Capital, and Flywheel Ventures also participated. The capital is intended to advance clinical validation of new AI-driven diagnostic and care models across women's health.

Evvy serves more than 100,000 patients and 3,000 practitioners with at-home testing, personalized treatment, and longitudinal biomarker tracking. Its tests rely on CLIA-certified and New York State CLEP-approved metagenomic sequencing, with orders and interpretation handled by licensed clinicians. The company's proprietary insights have produced 13 peer-reviewed publications and abstracts, novel bacterial vaginosis subtypes, and hundreds of previously uncatalogued vaginal microbiome genomes.

In traditional U.S. care settings, vaginal symptoms carry misdiagnosis rates above 50 percent and recurrence rates above 60 percent. Through Evvy's platform and EvvyAI, licensed clinicians can diagnose more than 90 percent of symptomatic patients and reduce bacterial vaginosis recurrence by approximately 50 percent.

Evvy will use the new capital to pursue clinical validation of new EvvyAI-powered diagnostic and care models across conditions that cost the healthcare system more than $180 billion in underserved outcomes. The company also plans to expand distribution through physicians and partner channels. It will continue collaborating with US Fertility, the nation's largest network of fertility clinics, to advance research on the vaginal microbiome's role in reproductive health.
