On September 9, 2026, Euno, an enterprise AI-native context platform, announced $23 million in Series A funding led by N47, with participation from existing investor 10D and founders behind Wiz, Cyera, Eon, Tavily, and former Tableau CEO Mark Nelson. The round brings the company's total funding to $29 million and supports its expansion with Fortune 500 clients. Euno helps organizations move AI initiatives from pilot to production by continuously mapping and refining the knowledge embedded in enterprise data.

Closing the Enterprise Context Gap

Enterprise AI systems depend on trusted data, but agents also need to understand what that data means and how it should be used across the organization. As companies adopt autonomous agentic workflows, static or human-maintained context is no longer sufficient. Euno provides a live, AI-native context brain that learns how data flows, what it signifies, and how it is used in daily operations.

From Manual Curation to Continuous Learning

Euno replaces manually maintained context with dynamic organizational intelligence that evolves alongside enterprise data and agent behavior. The platform gives each agent the precise slice of context required for its task while encoding new learnings back into the organization. This feedback loop creates what Euno describes as a compounding AI advantage that competitors cannot easily replicate.

Governance Built Into Context Infrastructure

Beyond delivering the right context, Euno embeds governance directly into its infrastructure to control what each agent can access and under which rules. The platform enforces organizational boundaries in real time and limits context to what a task and role require. Sarah Levy, co-founder and CEO of Euno, said security vendors sell fear, while Euno gives teams the ability to deploy and build the organizations of the future.

Investor Confidence and Market Demand

"Enterprises are thirsty for impact-making AI agents," said Moshe Zilberstein, General Partner at N47. He added that precise, scalable contextual infrastructure is essential for agents to act on current and trusted business data. Zilberstein described Euno as the only company building this infrastructure AI-native rather than retrofitting a solution designed for people.

Customer Validation and Industry Recognition

Euno was named to Gartner's Coolest Vendor Innovations in Data Management report, which credits its continuously updated enterprise context graph. Customers include Fortune 500 organizations, AlphaSense, and Zayo Group. Will Mitchell, director of data and AI governance at Zayo, said the company saved significant time by shifting to an AI-driven approach instead of building a traditional data catalog.

Founding Team and Expansion Plans

Euno was founded in 2023 by Sarah Levy and Eyal Firstenberg, graduates of Israel's elite Talpiot technology program. Levy previously served as CTO at Sight Diagnostics, while Firstenberg was vice president of research and development at LightCyber, acquired by Palo Alto Networks. The company employs nearly 30 people across the United States and Israel and expects to double by the end of the year, with new funding supporting sales, marketing, and AI research.

With a total of $29 million raised, Euno is positioning itself as a foundational layer for enterprise AI agents that require trusted, continuously updated context. The company's focus on research-driven context inference, governance, and operational speed addresses a critical obstacle in enterprise AI adoption. Its expanding customer base and investor support indicate growing demand for AI-native data infrastructure.
