Easol raised a $30 million Series A extension. The company also launched an AI tool called Teammates. Easol sells commerce and booking software for festivals, retreats, sports, and entertainment venues.
Round structure
The round included $20 million in equity and a $10 million debt facility. Equity investors included Y Combinator, Tiger Global, Foundation Capital, FMZ Ventures, Notion Capital, and Eight Roads. Viola Credit provided the debt financing, bringing Easol's total funding to $60 million.
Company footprint
Easol was launched in 2021 by Ben and Lisa Simpson. It has offices in London, New York, and Los Angeles. So far in 2026, the platform has powered experiences booked by 2.8 million guests in more than 135 countries.
How Teammates works
Teammates are AI agents that live inside the Easol platform. They handle support, sales, and operations tasks for experience businesses. The agents use live business data to find missed revenue opportunities.
In one case, a business found hundreds of guests with no upsells booked, about $50,000 in revenue opportunity. Another business identified $28,000 in recoverable payments in seconds, a task that previously took two days. Easol said Teammates run behind existing single sign-on, SOCII compliance, and audit controls.
